If using IDA through SUI seems too limited or the command line commands aren't an option for you, you can use the Cyberduck program on Windows and Mac OS X to manage your IDA folders and files through a graphical interface. The following instructions will guide you in installing and configuring Cyberduck:

Fetch the Cyberduck version 4.9.1 installation package from https://cyberduck.io/changelog/. Later versions can have problems connecting to IDA and slow transfer speeds. We're looking into the matter.

Extract the Cyberduck package, which is is zip-format. Open the Cyberduck.app -directory using the menu accessed by right clicking the Cyberduck.app icon:

Download the IDA.cyberduckprofile file from: /documents/10864/87959/IDA.cyberduckprofile/c76ea7ce-dddb-46e5-a4b7-d2c9b4f4ba45

Copy the IDA.cyberduckprofile file to the following directory: Cyberduck.app/Contents/Resources/Profiles. Please note, that the filename extension, ".xml", needs to be deleted before copying the file to the profile files.

Start Cyberduck. The main view of Cyberduck has a 'Open Connection' button in the top left corner. The name of the button might be different if your operating system language is something other than English. Click the previously mentioned button.

Fill in the fields of the 'Open Connection' dialog as shown in the picture below. Change the username and directory path (/ida/organization/project) to suit your needs and then click 'Connect'.

Notice that you have to use your IDA password when connecting with Cyberduck. You should have received your IDA password automatically by email when your IDA account was created. After clicking 'Connect' Cyberduck should connec to the IDA service and you should be able to see a view of the files and folders in your project path. You can drag & drop files and folders from IDA and to IDA, or you can right click a folder or file (or an empty space) and select one of the many "Download" or "Upload" options.
